This is a leadership role with real accountability — not a corporate middle layer. You own the market: the caregivers, the families, the partnerships, and the numbers.

Caregiver recruiting, coaching, and retention — building and keeping the team that delivers care
Family consultations and care planning — the first conversation through ongoing relationship
Community partnerships — building and deepening relationships with senior living leadership
Operational execution and compliance — scheduling, documentation, standards
Growth and financial performance — you see and own the numbers that matter

The Role

What you'll do.

This role is about consistency, attentiveness, and dignity. The people you care for will come to depend on you — and that's something we take seriously in how we hire, match, and support our caregivers.

We don't just fill shifts. We build trusted relationships.

Assist with daily living activities — bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
Support mobility and safe transfers
Prepare meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
Provide medication reminders
Offer meaningful companionship and social engagement
Light housekeeping as needed
What We're Looking For

Experience helps — but the things that define a great caregiver are harder to teach. Reliability, patience, and genuine care for the people you work with are what we're really looking for.

1+ year of caregiving experience preferred
Relevant certifications welcome (CNA, HHA — varies by location)
Strong communication skills with clients and families
Dependable transportation and valid driver's license
Ability to pass background check
Reliable, patient, and genuinely professional
